The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered to cater to 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while accommodating the presence of voltage. This switch is the epitome of precision and reliability, ensuring smooth operation and seamless integration into electrical infrastructures.
Crafted for single-phase deployment within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. With a versatile range of rated currents available, from 200 to 1250 amps, it can meet diverse power needs. The construction consists of a base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The unique gate knife system facilitates precise circuit control, featuring two conductive blades per phase, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting spring height is a straightforward process to attain optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick is employed for seamless operation, and the switch is equipped with a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Operates efficiently at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperature extremes, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Endures seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, and the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation environments should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could seriously impact the switch's insulation and conductivity performance.
Note:
IF THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS MAY ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure ongoing reliability:
Thoroughly remove all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain performance.
Inspect all components for damage, with extra attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure high performance.
