The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, widely recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless use on high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, specifically at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. It skillfully manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, offering unmatched efficiency without carrying load, while maintaining a voltage presence.
This switch, meticulously designed for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, is celebrated for its efficient simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switches comprise a robust base, dependable post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures flawless circuit control, utilizing two conductive blades per phase, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Precision in contact pressure is achievable by adjusting the spring height. Operation is hassle-free with an insulated hook stick, and enhanced by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Optimized for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: with a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Designed for outdoor installation with wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Seismic resilience not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent and severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure yearly maintenance checks on the following switch components:
Meticulously clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain efficiency.
Thoroughly inspect all parts for any damage, with a keen focus on detecting cracks or damage in insulating porcelain bottles.
Verify the contact surface quality of the conductive part to ensure seamless operation.
