(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, even with voltage present but without load, ensuring uninterrupted performance.
This switch is specifically crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It stands out with its straightforward design, remarkable cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. The switch is available in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, tailored to meet diverse needs. It comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section designed for precision and reliability. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates efficient circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved for superior performance. The switch operation is simplified with an insulated hook stick for effortless opening and closing actions, complemented by a dependable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ensure the installation site maintains stability and is free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual meticulous check of the following switch components:
Eliminate all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any damage, with a particular focus on examining insulating porcelain bottles for potential damage and cracks.
Scrutinize the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure it maintains optimal condition and performance.
