It operates with utmost efficiency without being under any load, while still managing the presence of voltage, ensuring an unparalleled level of safety and reliability.

This switch represents a pinnacle of engineering excellence, designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. Noteworthy for its simple structure, cost-efficiency, and ease of use, this switch accommodates a wide range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The design includes a sturdy base, robust post insulators, premium conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. Its innovative gate knife structure optimizes circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades. External compression springs on either side guarantee optimal contact pressure, adjustable through strategic modification of the spring height. Operation is straightforward using an insulated hook stick, and a convenient self-locking device offers enhanced security.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation Work

1. Achieve optimal performance by meticulously removing dust and dirt from every component. The surface of the insulating porcelain bottle should be thoroughly cleaned to maintain its integrity.
2. Carefully scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to ensure prime electrical contact.
3. For seamless operation, apply a protective coat of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas.
4. Diligently inspect the contact surface. Adjust the compression spring height to ensure the contact pressure meets the specifications provided in Table II.
5. This switch is exclusively engineered for hoisting applications and functions harmoniously with transformers on the line.
6. Supporting a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, this switch typically utilizes three mounting holes. For configurations of 600-1000A, it maintains three mounting holes to ensure optimal stability.

Ensure prolonged functionality by conducting annual inspections of the following parts:
Meticulously clear any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle’s surface, preserving full functionality.

Inspect all components thoroughly for potential damage, paying special attention to any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.

Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in exemplary condition, guaranteeing efficient operation.
