The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is engineered for excellence in disconnecting functions on 10(12, 15, 24)kV power transmission and distribution lines. This robust isolation disconnect switch safely opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, operating seamlessly under voltage presence without load.
Designed for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch combines simplicity, cost efficiency, and user-friendliness. It offers rated currents from 200 to 1250 amps. The switch features a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical assembly. Its gate knife structure, comprising two conductive blades with external compression springs, ensures reliable circuit control. Adjust spring height for optimal contact pressure. Operate effortlessly with an insulated hook stick and enjoy the security of a self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Installation at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Ambient temperatures should range between +40°C maximum and -30°C minimum;
Withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability even in vibrational environments.
Avoid placing the installation site in environments with gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could impair insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual comprehensive checks on the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles.
Examine all components for wear and tear, with a focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottles.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains intact and functional.
