(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for utilization on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits that do not carry a load, although voltage is present, ensuring seamless operation and reliability.
This switch is meticulously designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It stands out for its uncomplicated build, cost efficiency, and user-friendly operation. The available rated currents are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. These switches are composed of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A gate knife structure allows for precise circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, equipped with external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height is key to achieving the optimal contact pressure required for the switch's gate knife. For operational convenience, an insulated hook stick is used to perform opening and closing actions, and a self-locking device enhances security.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Maximum should not surpass +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Must not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Should not exceed 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent and severe vibrations.
Installation Site Conditions: Must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ADVISED TO ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure to conduct an annual check on the following components of the switch:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficient operation.
Inspect all components for potential damage with a particular focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks, ensuring safety and reliability.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains excellent condition.
