The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits that maintain voltage presence without load. It ensures seamless operation under high voltage conditions.
Specifically designed for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch boasts simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. The available rated currents are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's robust construction includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure, each phase's gate knife comprises two conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs to provide the essential contact pressure through adjustable spring height. Operational efficiency is ensured with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
The altitude for installation is not to exceed 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature range is stringent, with a maximum temperature cap of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed is regulated and should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensity levels up to 8 degrees, the installation site must not be prone to frequent severe vibrations.
The site of installation must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that may compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity attributes.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXCEED THESE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COLLABORATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections of the following switch components:
Ensure that all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces are free from dirt accumulation.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a heightened focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surfaces on all conductive parts to ensure optimal performance.
