Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a masterful innovation also commonly known as the isolation disconnect switch. This sophisticated apparatus is meticulously designed for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is expertly crafted to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, even when voltage is present, though not under load.
This switch is optimized for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems and boasts a remarkably simple structure that combines cost-effectiveness with user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these state-of-the-art switches are composed of a sturdy base, robust post insulators, superior conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure is key to its efficient circuit operation, where each phase’s gate knife integrates two conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, you can easily achieve the necessary contact pressure for seamless operation. The switch is ingeniously operated using an insulated hook stick, accommodating both opening and closing actions, and is equipped with a reliable self-locking device to ensure safety and functionality.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates efficiently within ambient temperatures: maximum of +40°C; minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Can handle seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideal for installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensures top-notch performance at installation sites devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch’s insulation and conductivity.

WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Carefully remove any dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior surface to maintain peak performance.
Diligently check all components for damage, with a meticulous focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for optimal functionality.
