Introducing the versatile (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, meticulously engineered for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This robust switch is adept at opening and closing both single-phase and three-phase circuits, ensuring seamless functionality with voltage present but no load.
This switch is engineered for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, boasting attributes of simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a solid base, resilient post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The unique gate knife structure facilitates effective circuit opening and closing, where each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades supported by external compression springs, adjustable to achieve optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick, it features a reliable self-locking mechanism for secure actions.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of enduring ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Built to withstand a seismic intensity of up to 8 degrees, ensuring that the installation site remains stable without frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the installation site is free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual check of these essential components of the switch to ensure longevity and efficiency:
Remove accumulated dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, with particular emphasis on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface within the conductive part to ensure optimal performance.
