(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present.
Specifically crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this disconnect switch boasts an uncomplicated design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches consist of a durable base, robust post insulators, highly conductive parts, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. Our innovative gate knife structure facilitates smooth circuit openings and closures, with each phase's gate knife featuring a duo of conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. The spring height can be finely adjusted to ensure optimal contact pressure, guaranteeing flawless operation. The switch's opening and closing actions are managed with an insulated hook stick, complete with a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
This exceptional switch performs optimally at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature for ideal performance ranges from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
The switch withstands outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
It is built to endure seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees, with installation in sites devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS MAY DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct a thorough inspection of the switch's components:
Diligently clean any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Examine all parts for potential damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition.
