Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an essential component in the realm of high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Designed for use at 10(12, 15, 24)kV, this versatile isolation disconnect switch excels at safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits. It operates without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring seamless performance in dynamic electrical environments.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward structure, making it cost-effective and user-friendly. It accommodates diverse rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Its gate knife structure, featuring two conductive blades with external compression springs, ensures secure circuit operation. By adjusting the spring height, you can achieve optimal contact pressure for flawless performance. Operated using an insulated hook stick, this switch includes a self-locking device for enhanced safety and functionality.
Working Environment:
Optimized for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to perform in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; ensure installation sites are free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other materials that could severely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
For conditions exceeding the specified normal use limits, users are encouraged to negotiate with Beierbian Group Co., Ltd for tailored solutions.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually inspect the following components of the switch to maintain optimal performance:
Thoroughly clean all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle exteriors.
Inspect every component for wear or damage, with particular focus on the integrity of insulating porcelain bottles.
Ensure the contact surfaces of conductive parts maintain excellent condition for reliable connectivity.
