Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an ingenious solution popularly known as the isolation disconnect switch. This remarkable innovation is crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It masterfully opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring safety even when voltage is present.
Boasting a simplified yet robust design, the switch is ideal for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems. It is celebrated for its cost-effectiveness and ease of operation. Available in a range of rated currents - 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are engineered with precision. Each unit comprises a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a sophisticated mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure, it ensures flawless circuit operation. Each phase incorporates two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure, which is finely adjustable. The operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking device for assured performance.
Working Environment:
Designed to perform flawlessly at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Engineered to withstand ambient temperatures, ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Structurally resilient against outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring installation sites remain unaffected by frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
