(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, alternatively known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while maintaining voltage presence, yet not carrying a load.
This exceptional switch is specifically crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems and stands out with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendliness. Tailored to accommodate varying operational needs, the switch offers rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Its construction includes a robust base, high-quality post insulators, conductive elements, and an intuitive mechanical section. The gate knife structure, designed for optimal circuit operability, consists of dual conductive blades per phase, complemented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is effortlessly achieved. This switch is meticulously operated using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, and it integrates a reliable self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Check the following parts of the switch regularly every year:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain high efficiency.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all parts for damage, especially scrutinizing the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for optimal performance.
