(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits seamlessly, even under the presence of voltage but without a load.
Designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward design, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It is available in various rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is composed of a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure, the switch efficiently manages circuit engagements. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, with external compression springs strategically positioned on both sides. By adjusting these springs' height, optimal contact pressure is achieved, ensuring the switch's seamless operation. Operable via an insulated hook stick, the switch also incorporates an innovative self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Can operate in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites recommended to avoid areas of frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually inspect the following parts of the switch to ensure peak performance:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Evaluate all components for potential damage, with a particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive parts to guarantee optimal connectivity.
