The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, popularly recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It offers the capability to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without load.
Crafted for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly nature. It is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, resilient post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure for effective circuit control, each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, with external compression springs ensuring optimal contact pressure. Adjusting spring height finely tunes the necessary contact pressure. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing, complemented by an integrated self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed to operate efficiently at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures with a maximum up to +40°C and a minimum down to -30°C;
Operates under outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Endures seismic intensity not surpassing 8 degrees; the installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductive efficiency.
Note:
IF NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXTEND BEYOND SPECIFICATIONS, USERS MAY NEGOTIATE DIRECTLY WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or faults.
Ensure that the conductive part's contact surface maintains optimal condition.
