Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a premium isolation disconnect switch engineered to enhance the safety and efficiency of 10(12, 15, 24)kV power transmission and distribution lines. Designed with precision to adeptly manage both single-phase and three-phase circuits, this switch operates seamlessly with voltage present, ensuring reliability without engaging the load.
Tailored for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward, budget-friendly design that simplifies usage. With rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches are comprised of a robust base, resilient post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a durable mechanical section. The gate knife structure ensures reliable circuit engagement, featuring dual conductive blades per phase and reinforced by external compression springs. Fine-tuning the spring height guarantees optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. Operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, complemented by a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Optimal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to thrive in ambient temperatures ranging from a chilly -30°C to a warm +40°C;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic activities not surpassing 8 degrees, ensuring resilience against frequent severe vibrations at the installation site.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS EXCEEDING THE ABOVE NORMAL USE, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS AND NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual thorough check of the following switch components:
Ensure all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces are impeccably clean and free from contaminants.
Perform a detailed inspection of all parts for potential damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or damage.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition.
