Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an essential component also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This innovative switch is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, allowing you to safely open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits even when voltage is present, ensuring reliable performance without load.
Designed specifically for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, our switch is celebrated for its straightforward structure, economic value, and user-friendly operation. Choose from rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps to match your specific needs. The switch's robust architecture includes a sturdy base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Featuring an advanced gate knife structure for opening and closing circuits, each phase's gate knife consists of dual conductive blades enhanced by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is diligently achieved, empowering the switch with unparalleled reliability. For ease of operation, it is equipped with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device that ensures secure and stable performance.
Working Environment:
Perfectly suited for locations with an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to endure a wide range of temperatures: a maximum ambient temperature of up to +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Crafted to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for sites where frequent severe vibrations are absent.
Ensure the installation site is free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity, safeguarding its optimal performance.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH OUR COMPANY FOR SUITABLE ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
It is imperative to conduct a comprehensive annual check-up of the following components of the switch:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain top-tier functionality.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with heightened attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any signs of damage or cracks.
Examine the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure its pristine condition and optimal conductivity.
