(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as "fuse") is ingeniously designed for outdoor overhead distribution systems, showcasing a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage ranging from 10kV to 40.5kV. This fuse serves as a vigilant guard, safeguarding circuits and electrical equipment against overloads or short circuit mishaps within power systems. During normal operations, it's integrated in series within the power line, maintaining a taut tension and a securely locked movable joint. In the event of a failure, the fault current triggers the fuse to blow, freeing the joint, swiftly dropping the fuse tube, and effectively disconnecting the circuit, thereby ensuring safety and maintenance protection for both line and equipment. The load type fuse takes safety a step further with elastic contacts and an arc extinguishing cover, allowing it to open and close the load current seamlessly within the power system.
The fuse is meticulously crafted to adhere to the highest technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature: Ranges comfortably from a chilly -40°C to a warm +40°C;
Relative humidity: The daily average does not exceed a humid 95%, while the monthly average should stay below a moist 90%;
Operates efficiently at altitudes up to 3000 meters;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds of up to 34 meters per second;
Installation site: Should be free from fire and explosion hazards, devoid of chemical corrosive gases, and maintain a well-ventilated environment.
