Product Description

(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, ingeniously designed for modern electrical systems, is an exemplary solution for outdoor overhead distribution networks with a frequency of 50Hz and an impressive voltage range of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). This fuse is an essential component for safeguarding circuits and electrical equipment against potential overloads or short-circuit mishaps within power systems. During normal operations, it remains tensioned and securely locked in the power line, ensuring seamless connectivity. However, should a fault occur, the responsive design allows the fault current to blow the fuse, activating the release of the movable joint. This swift action causes the fuse tube to drop rapidly, ensuring the circuit is effectively cut off, thereby providing critical safety protection during maintenance. Enhanced with an elastic contact and arc extinguishing cover, this load type fuse excels in efficiently opening and closing the load current within the power system.

Our fuse is meticulously crafted to adhere to rigorous technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses, Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 for outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses. These standards guarantee top-tier performance and reliability under specified technical conditions.

Working Environment:

This product is designed for a wide ambient temperature range from a chilly -40°C to a warm +40°C, ensuring robust performance in diverse climates.

With a relative humidity tolerance where the daily average does not exceed 95% and the monthly average stays below 90%, this fuse is built to withstand high humidity environments.

It is suitable for altitudes not surpassing 3000 meters, accommodating a variety of geographical locations.

Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 34 meters per second, this fuse maintains stability and functionality in windy conditions.

The installation site must remain free from fire, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases, while being well-ventilated to ensure optimal performance and safety.
