This indispensable device is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It seamlessly operates to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while managing the presence of voltage. Purpose-built for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch exemplifies simplicity, cost-efficiency, and effortless usability. With a spectrum of rated currents available-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-these switches are a testament to versatile engineering. Each unit consists of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-grade conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section, complete with a gate knife structure for optimal circuit management. The gate knife in each phase boasts two conductive blades, with external compression springs on both sides ensuring optimal contact pressure. Fine-tune the spring height to achieve perfect contact pressure for seamless operation. An insulated hook stick aids in the precise opening and closing actions, coupled with a reliable self-locking device for enhanced safety and performance.
Working Environment:
Thriving at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstanding ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -30°C to a balmy +40°C;
Designed to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to withstand a seismic intensity no greater than 8 degrees, ensuring stability in installation sites free from frequent, severe vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductive capabilities.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, ensure a comprehensive check of the following switch components:
Thoroughly cleanse the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components carefully for any signs of damage, giving particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any evidence of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
