Tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch epitomizes simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. Choose from a spectrum of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch boasts a robust assembly comprising a base, post insulators, conductive components, and an intricate mechanical section. Its gate knife structure ensures precise circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife incorporates dual conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs. Adjusting these springs expertly modulates the requisite contact pressure for optimal performance. Conveniently operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch incorporates a sophisticated self-locking device for added security and ease of handling.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

2. Thoroughly scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to guarantee optimal connectivity.
3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas to enhance longevity and performance.
4. Inspect the contact surfaces and adjust the height of the compression springs to align the contact pressure with the specifications outlined in Table II for optimal functionality.
5. This switch is specifically engineered for hoisting applications, perfectly complementing transformers on the line for seamless operational integration.
6. Optimized for currents between 200-400 ampere hours, this switch typically requires only three mounting holes. For applications ranging from 600-1000A, it remains effective with the same configuration.

Annual Maintenance: Perform regular inspections to ensure the switch's operational integrity:
Routinely cleanse conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain peak performance.

Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to any signs of harm or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
