Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This innovative product is meticulously crafted for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly handles the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while the voltage remains intact, ensuring unmatched efficiency and reliability.
Our switch is specifically designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, highlighting its simplistic design, affordability, and user-friendly nature. Available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, conductive elements, and a robust mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure facilitates circuit engagement and disengagement. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the optimal contact pressure of the gate knife is achieved. The switch operation is controlled via an insulated hook stick, ensuring safe opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude requirements: not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: ideally ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Accommodates outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
To ensure optimal performance and longevity, the installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive agents that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously clear all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Diligently examine all components for potential damage, with particular focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
