Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovative solution also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This specialized device is meticulously designed for optimal performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present, without bearing the load. Experience the seamless operation of high-voltage management with our advanced isolation switch.
Crafted for excellence, this switch is tailored for single-phase use within sophisticated three-phase line systems. It shines with its simple yet robust structure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. Choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Built with precision, each switch is composed of a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure to manage circuit operations, each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the switch achieves the perfect contact pressure necessary for optimal gate knife function. Operate this switch effortlessly with an insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing, supported by a self-locking device for enhanced safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Install this switch confidently in altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to endure ambient temperatures: with a maximum threshold of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, ensuring adaptability to varied climatic conditions;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Rated for seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with an installation site free from frequent severe vibrations.
For optimal performance, ensure the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive media that could seriously impact the switch's insulation and conductivity capabilities.
Note:
WHEN OPERATING BEYOND THE SPECIFIED NORMAL CONDITIONS, USERS ARE INVITED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to ensure peak performance by checking the following parts of the switch:
Thoroughly remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles for optimal conductivity.
Inspect all components meticulously for any damage, with a focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the quality of the contact surface of the conductive part is maintained in excellent condition.
