The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for applications on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative switch is capable of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, but without load, ensuring safety and reliability.
Crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simplistic design, economical nature, and user-friendly operation. The switch is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Its construction includes a robust base, durable post insulators, highly conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The circuit operation utilizes a sophisticated gate knife structure, featuring two conductive blades per phase, each equipped with external compression springs to maintain optimal contact pressure. The switch's gate knife contact pressure is finely adjustable through spring height modifications. For operational ease, an insulated hook stick facilitates opening and closing actions, complemented by a built-in self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
The installation altitude must not exceed 1000 meters.
Ambient temperature conditions include a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C.
Outdoor wind speeds should be limited to a maximum of 35 meters per second.
The area should not experience seismic intensities beyond 8 degrees, and the installation site must be free from frequent, severe vibrations.
To ensure optimal performance, the installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces, ensuring pristine condition.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottles.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part’s contact surface to ensure optimal performance.
