Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a sophisticated isolation disconnect switch engineered for ultimate performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This remarkable device is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits seamlessly without load, even when voltage is present.
Designed exclusively for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward structure, making it both economically viable and user-friendly. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches comprise a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. Employing a gate knife mechanism for efficient circuit operations, each phase features a dual-blade conductive gate knife, reinforced with external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Height adjustments ensure perfect contact pressure, enhancing reliability. An insulated hook stick facilitates effortless opening and closing actions, complemented by a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Optimal performance in ambient temperatures: Maximum not above +40°C and minimum not below -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideal for sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the switch's critical components:
Eliminate any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface.
Diligently examine all components for potential damage, placing particular emphasis on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottles for any signs of cracks or impairment.
Ascertain the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
