Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an essential component in the modern power transmission and distribution landscape. Also known as an isolation disconnect switch, this advanced device is meticulously crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage lines. It enables the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, without load, though voltage remains present.
Engineered for precision, this switch is optimized for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its straightforward design, economical nature, and user-friendly operation. Available rated currents include 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring versatility. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive components, and a mechanical section. Its gate knife mechanism guarantees reliable circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife is designed with two conductive blades, accompanied by external compression springs for precise contact adjustment. The spring height can be easily modified to achieve the ideal contact pressure, ensuring optimal function. An insulated hook stick facilitates the switch's operation, complemented by a self-locking feature for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Suitable for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Seismic resilience up to 8 degrees; installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other hazardous explosive or corrosive mediums that may compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual inspection recommendations: Regularly verify the following to ensure optimal performance:
Remove accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Carefully examine all components for damages, with particular focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of conductive parts are intact and functioning correctly.
