Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a cutting-edge marvel also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch. This exceptional device is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling the intuitive opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, even when voltage is present. Crafted to perfection, this switch ensures seamless performance without bearing any load.
Designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, our switch stands out with its streamlined structure, cost-effectiveness, and unparalleled ease of use. Offering a range of rated currents from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches comprise a robust base, sturdy post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The circuit's efficient operation is guaranteed through a gate knife structure for opening and closing actions. Each phase employs a gate knife with dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on each side. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures the switch's optimal contact pressure. Operate with ease using an insulated hook stick, and benefit from a built-in self-locking device to secure the switch.
Working Environment:
Designed to function flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Built to endure outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations for optimal performance.
Ensure the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INITIATE A DISCUSSION WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Conduct a comprehensive check for damage across all components, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal performance.
