It expertly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, while maintaining voltage presence without load. This switch is indispensable for ensuring safety and efficiency in power line operations.
Designed specifically for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simplified structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly application. With rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, it caters to diverse electrical requirements. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, premium conductive components, and a mechanical section for dependable performance. It employs a gate knife mechanism for circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs. The spring height adjustment ensures optimal contact pressure. An insulated hook stick facilitates operational ease, complemented by a secure self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates within ambient temperatures, with a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation should be in areas free from severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure peak performance with an annual inspection of the switch's key components:
Thoroughly cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain pristine conditions.
Check all components meticulously for any damage, especially inspecting the insulating porcelain bottles for cracks or other impairments.
Evaluate the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
