Our innovative gate knife structure, featuring dual conductive blades with external compression springs, delivers optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring height. Operated with an insulated hook stick and equipped with a self-locking device, this switch provides unmatched reliability and safety.
Working Environment:
Designed to perform flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Engineered to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Built to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Ensures steadfast performance with a seismic intensity tolerance up to 8 degrees; ideal installation sites are those free from frequent severe vibrations.
The ideal installation environment is one devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Conduct a thorough examination of all components for potential damage, with particular attention to inspecting for cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts remain in excellent condition for reliable performance.
