The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also termed as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch plays a pivotal role in enabling the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load presence while maintaining the voltage. Its robust design ensures seamless integration into high-voltage systems.
Crafted for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its elegant simplicity, affordability, and user-friendly nature. It offers a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a durable base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Employing a sophisticated gate knife structure, the switch allows for precise circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife contains two conductive blades, fortified with external compression springs on both sides, enabling you to fine-tune the spring height for optimal contact pressure. The switch operates via an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions and features an integrated self-locking device for secure operations.
Working Environment:
Operating at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstanding ambient temperatures: a maximum cap of +40°C and a minimum floor of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered for seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could substantially affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IN CASE THE NORMAL CONDITIONS OF USE EXCEED THE SPECIFICATIONS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Clean conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to remove any dirt accumulation.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a focus on detecting any cracks or damages to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surfaces to ensure flawless operation.
