(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pivotal component in electrical systems, is engineered to operate on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, facilitating seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage presence, ensuring optimal performance.
Specifically crafted for single-phase utilization in three-phase line systems, this switch combines simplicity with cost-efficiency and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each switch is composed of a sturdy base, robust post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a mechanical section, integrating a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, equipped with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the required contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Its operational efficiency is enhanced with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature settings: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites carefully selected to avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity integrity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Regularly clean and remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain efficiency.
Examine all components meticulously for any damage, with particular attention to the condition of the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts is in optimal condition.
