(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered to operate on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is adept at safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage. An ideal solution for reliable power management.
This switch is specifically crafted for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems. Its standout features include a straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. Available rated currents are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a sturdy base, robust post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a precision mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure for circuit operation, each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, bolstered with external compression springs on either side. The spring height is adjustable to ensure optimal contact pressure. An insulated hook stick facilitates operation, and a self-locking device enhances safety.
Working Environment:
The installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should remain below 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity should not surpass 8 degrees; the site must not endure frequent severe vibrations.
The location should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could deteriorate the switch’s insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Examine all components for damage, with particular attention to checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in optimal condition.
