This remarkable piece of technology facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits when voltage is present, without the load.
Crafted with precision, this switch is tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems and boasts a simple yet effective structure. It is economically viable and user-friendly, available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's robust design includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The distinctive gate knife structure enables efficient circuit opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife comprised of dual conductive blades featuring external compression springs on both sides. The spring height can be adjusted to ensure optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's operation. Additionally, a self-locking device complements the insulated hook stick, facilitating effortless opening and closing actions.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: Ensures peak performance with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C.
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; Ensure the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations for optimal functionality.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's superior insulation and conductivity.
