Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an engineering marvel in the realm of power transmission and distribution. Crafted specifically for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage lines, this isolation disconnect switch is adept at managing single-phase or three-phase circuits with finesse, even when voltage is present.
Engineered for unmatched efficiency, this switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase systems. Its robust yet streamlined design offers remarkable cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. With a spectrum of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—it is a versatile solution featuring a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife configuration ensures precise circuit engagement, where each phase’s knife includes dual conductive blades, bolstered by external compression springs. These springs are adjustable for optimal contact pressure. The switch is cleverly operated via an insulated hook stick and includes a self-locking mechanism for secure functionality.
Working Environment:
Altitude must be below 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature should comfortably range from a maximum of +40°C to a chilly minimum of -30°C;
Tolerant to outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees; the installation environment should remain free of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of hazardous gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's superior insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct the following thorough inspections of the switch:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain pristine condition.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention given to the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any potential damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts maintain their integrity and function.
