(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It enables the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while voltage is still present, ensuring operational safety and reliability.
This switch is ideally designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure, exceptional cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Its construction comprises a base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure provides optimal circuit control, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs positioned on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure is achieved for the gate knife's effective operation. The switch is conveniently operated using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, and is equipped with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum cap of +40°C; minimum threshold of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Withstands seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regularly conduct thorough annual inspections of the following switch components:
Remove accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Examine all components for potential damage, with a focused inspection on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition.
