(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is a state-of-the-art device crafted for excellence on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Specifically engineered to deftly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, this switch exemplifies reliability and precision.
The switch is meticulously designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, offering a harmonious blend of simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it boasts a robust construction featuring a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures seamless opening and closing of circuits, with each phase's gate knife comprised of two conductive blades, augmented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operated with ease using an insulated hook stick, the switch also incorporates a self-locking device for enhanced safety and efficiency.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Designed to endure outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Manufactured to withstand a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability in locations not prone to frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch’s insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE CONDITIONS FOR NORMAL USE EXCEED THOSE SPECIFIED, WE ENCOURAGE USERS TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure optimal functionality:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Check all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to ensure the insulating porcelain bottle is free from damage and cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to maintain efficient operation.
