Revered for its reliability, this 'fuse' is uniquely crafted for outdoor overhead distribution frameworks, boasting a rated frequency of 50Hz and an impressive voltage range of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). Esteemed as a pivotal protective element, it safeguards circuits and electrical equipment against overloads and short circuits, ensuring optimal performance and safety in power systems. During standard operation, the fuse is seamlessly integrated in series within power lines, maintaining a tensioned state with a securely locked movable joint. In the event of a fault, the fault current activates the fuse to blow, releasing the joint, swiftly dropping the fuse tube, and efficiently severing the circuit. This process is instrumental in providing paramount safety protection, facilitating the maintenance of lines and equipment. Our load-type fuse is enhanced with an elastic contact and superior arc extinguishing cover, adeptly engineered to adeptly open and close load currents in power systems, offering unmatched safety and functionality.

Our fuse is meticulously crafted in compliance with top-tier technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, as well as DL / T 640 - 1997 for outdoor AC high voltage drop-tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions. Rest assured, our products meet and exceed industry benchmarks, ensuring unparalleled reliability and performance.

Working Environment:

Our product thrives in diverse conditions: Ambient temperature ranges from a chilly -40°C to a warm +40°C, ensuring adaptability and resilience.

Relative humidity levels are accommodating, with a daily average not exceeding 95%, and a monthly average capped at 90%, fostering optimal operational integrity.

Designed for altitudes up to 3000 meters, our fuse maintains functionality across varied terrains.

Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds of up to 34 meters per second, guaranteeing robustness against natural forces.

The ideal installation site is free from fire, explosion hazards, or chemically corrosive gases, and should be well-ventilated, ensuring an environment conducive to product longevity and safety.
