Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an advanced piece of engineering also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Expertly crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch is designed to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits. Operates without load even when voltage is present, ensuring safety and reliability.
This switch is adeptly designed for single-phase use in expansive three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. The switches come in various rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive components, and a mechanical section, it utilizes a gate knife structure for precise circuit control. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades with external compression springs, ensuring optimal contact pressure. Height adjustments of these springs fine-tune the required contact pressure. The switch's opening and closing are efficiently controlled with an insulated hook stick, supported by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude limitations: must not exceed 1000 meters.
Ambient temperature: ranges between a minimum of -30°C and a maximum of +40°C.
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second.
Engineered to handle seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could undermine insulation and conductivity.

Annual inspection checklist for maintaining the switch's optimal performance:
Regularly clean conductive components, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles of any accumulated dirt.
Thoroughly check all components for any signs of damage, focusing on the insulating porcelain bottle for possible cracks.
Ensure the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive part remains intact and efficient.
