Engineered as an isolation disconnect switch, it enables the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence but without load, ensuring safety and efficiency in power management.
Crafted for single-phase integration within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its straightforward architecture, economic viability, and user-friendly operation. Offering rated current options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a robust assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures precise circuit management, with each phase featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife is achieved. The switch is maneuvered using an insulated hook stick and includes a convenient self-locking feature for assured operation.
Working Environment:
This switch operates effectively at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature range is designed for extremes, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Built to endure seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; the installation site must be stable, avoiding frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances, which could severely impact the switch’s insulation and conductive reliability.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual inspections are essential for maintaining optimal performance of the switch. Regularly check the following components:

Inspect all components for damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surfaces of all conductive parts remain in good condition.
