Introducing the (H)GWBEB Series: a cutting-edge outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Tailored for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this product is engineered to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple yet robust design, delivering cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase includes two conductive blades paired with external compression springs. Precise contact pressure is achieved through adjustable spring heights. Operated via an insulated hook stick, the switch is equipped with a reliable self-locking device, ensuring secure and efficient operation.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Compatible with ambient temperatures: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Suited for areas with a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees. Ideal installation sites are those without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle.
Examine all components for damage, with particular attention to any cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for efficient operations.
