Introducing the remarkable (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a versatile and essential tool known also as an isolation disconnect switch. Designed specifically for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch adeptly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while maintaining a live voltage presence. Unmatched in performance, it stands as a critical solution for ensuring seamless power flow in demanding environments.
This innovative switch is tailored for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design that emphasizes cost efficiency and user-friendliness. It is available in a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring compatibility with diverse power requirements. The switch comprises a robust assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, featuring a gate knife structure for efficient circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously designed with dual conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both sides to ensure optimal contact pressure. The spring height can be meticulously adjusted to meet precise contact pressure standards. Operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch showcases a self-locking device, offering a secure and reliable operation.
Working Environment:
This switch is engineered to excel at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring dependable performance even at elevated heights.
It is built to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, accommodating a wide range of climatic conditions.
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, this switch provides robust reliability in windy conditions.
Designed to handle seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations, ensuring stability and safety.
To maintain optimal performance, the installation site must not have gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regularly conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following parts of the switch:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles, maintaining optimal performance.
Check all components for any damage, with a particular focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition, optimizing the switch's functionality.
