(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also widely recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits that are energized but not carrying a load.
This switch is expertly crafted for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems. It boasts a simple yet robust structure, making it both cost-efficient and exceptionally user-friendly. It is offered in various rated currents such as 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch comprises a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The unique gate knife structure enables precise circuit interruption and closure. Each phase's gate knife is formed by two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, you achieve the necessary contact pressure for optimal performance. Operating the switch is made effortless with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, and it includes a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of operating in ambient temperatures with a maximum not surpassing +40°C; and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure stability.
The installation environment must remain clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances which could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE TYPICAL USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously eliminate any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal condition.
