(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a sophisticated isolation disconnect switch, specifically crafted to serve your needs on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This robust switch enables the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, effortlessly managing voltage presence without load.
Tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, economical nature, and user-friendly functionality. Explore a variety of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps to suit your needs. The switch comprises a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Ingeniously engineered, it employs a gate knife structure for precise circuit control. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operate effortlessly with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, bolstered by a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the installation environment is clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could adversely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regularly conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Perform a comprehensive check for any damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle, ensuring there are no damages or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal performance.
