Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovative solution also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Engineered for robust performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch is your go-to device for seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits. It operates efficiently without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring safety and reliability in every operation.
Designed for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its streamlined structure and user-friendly operation, making it both cost-effective and efficient. Choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is meticulously constructed with a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates the smooth opening and closing of circuits. Each phase features a gate knife with dual conductive blades, equipped with external compression springs on both sides. The spring height can be adjusted to achieve the precise contact pressure needed for optimal performance. The switch is operated via an insulated hook stick, offering easy operation. A self-locking device ensures secure usage.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed to be operated at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: maximum should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C;
It can withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for installation sites that do not undergo frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check to maintain optimal functionality of the switch components:
Carefully clean and remove any dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for potential damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of cracks or damage.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition to ensure efficient performance.
