Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a revolutionary solution also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. Crafted for optimal performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this device excels in safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits. While it's suitable for circuits carrying voltage, it brilliantly manages the task without dealing with load.
Designed with innovation, the switch is engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a simplistic structure, offering cost-effectiveness combined with unparalleled ease of use. It is available in various rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is a masterpiece of engineering, composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section. The operation relies on a sophisticated gate knife structure for seamless circuit transitions. The gate knife for each phase comprises two conductive blades, fortified with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operation is straightforward, with an insulated hook stick enabling opening and closing actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Ensure installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions must be adhered to, with a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dipping below -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Can endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site should be devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following components:
Diligently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Examine all parts for any signs of damage, with special emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition for reliable operation.
