The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines, specifically within the 10(12, 15, 24)kV range. This versatile switch is designed to effectively open and close both single-phase and three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, making it an indispensable asset for modern infrastructure.
This isolation switch is tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting a user-friendly, simple structure that combines cost-effectiveness with operational ease. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each unit is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and an efficient mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure impeccably controls circuit opening and closing, featuring dual conductive blades per phase with external compression springs for optimal contact pressure regulation. Its operation is seamlessly managed with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a built-in self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Operates flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Withstands a broad spectrum from a sweltering +40°C to a chilly -30°C;
Wind: Designed to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Seismic: Engineered for stability withstanding seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring resilience even in environments prone to vibrations.
Site Conditions: Ideally installed in locations devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive and corrosive mediums, safeguarding the switch's impeccable insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual Maintenance: Make it a point to regularly examine the switch each year, ensuring optimal functionality.
Maintenance Tip: Keep conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces immaculate by routinely removing accumulated dirt.
Inspection Protocol: Conduct a comprehensive damage check, focusing particularly on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts remains impeccable for sustained performance.
