The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for optimal performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, efficiently managing voltage presence without load.
Designed for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a user-friendly, cost-effective design with a straightforward structure. It offers a selection of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's assembly includes a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and an intricate mechanical section. The gate knife mechanism, featuring dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs, ensures reliable circuit operations. Adjust the spring height to achieve the precise contact pressure for the gate knife, enhancing operational efficiency. The switch is operable with an insulated hook stick, offering a self-locking feature for added security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Tolerates outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Resilient against seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; the installation location should remain unaffected by frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that might severely impact the switch’s insulation and conductive properties.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS EXCEEDING NORMAL PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE CUSTOM ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Inspection Checklist:
Regularly dislodge dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain optimal functionality.
Ensure all components are intact, with a particular focus on inspecting insulating porcelain bottles for possible damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to guarantee continual operational excellence.
