The (H)GWBEB type high-voltage outdoor isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is engineered to excel in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring reliable performance every time.
Designed for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated structure, affordability, and straightforward usability. It accommodates a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's architecture includes a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment. The innovative gate knife design facilitates efficient circuit opening and closing. Each gate knife of the phase is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on either side, enabling precise contact pressure adjustment by varying the spring height. For seamless operation, use an insulated hook stick for opening and closing functions, enhanced by a built-in self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Optimized for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered for environments with outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure a seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, ensuring reliability in areas without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation locale should be free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, grime, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct regular inspections on the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to ensure peak performance.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks, ensuring safety and reliability.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive part, ensuring it remains in excellent condition.
