Product Description

Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle of precision engineering designed to elevate the efficiency of your power transmission and distribution systems. Our isolation disconnect switch excels in managing 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage lines, seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits even with voltage present, without load. Experience unmatched reliability and performance tailored for your utility needs.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this switch is engineered for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems. Emphasizing simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness, it supports rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The robust design incorporates a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section featuring an innovative gate knife mechanism for optimal circuit control. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs for precise contact pressure adjustment. The switch is seamlessly operated using an insulated hook stick, complete with a self-locking mechanism for added security.

Working Environment:

Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;

Ideal in ambient temperatures ranging from a crisp -30°C to a warm +40°C;

Withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;

Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees. The installation locale should be free from frequent intense vibrations.

The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Preparation Prior to Installation

  1. Diligently remove dust and grime from all components, ensuring the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces gleam.
  2. Thoroughly clean the wiring surface of the grounding screw for optimal conductivity.
  3. Coat the rotating parts and contact areas with a layer of high-quality industrial Vaseline to ensure smooth operation.
  4. Inspect the contact surfaces and precisely adjust the compression spring's height to meet the standards detailed in Table II.
  5. Exclusively designed for hoisting applications, this switch is intended to operate synergistically with transformers on the line.
  6. With a rated current capacity of 200-400 ampere hours, typically three mounting holes are utilized. For currents of 600-1000A, the system also employs three mounting holes.

Conduct an annual thorough inspection of the switch components:
Meticulously clean conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal functionality.

Inspect all components for signs of damage, particularly focusing on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottles.

Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts maintains excellent condition for reliable performance.
