Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation disconnect switch—a marvel of engineering crafted for excellence in high voltage power transmission and distribution. Designed to operate seamlessly on 10(12, 15, 24)kV lines, this switch efficiently manages the opening and closing of single or three-phase circuits under live voltage conditions, yet without load. It’s a beacon of reliability and performance.
Purposefully engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase systems, this disconnect switch stands out for its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With rated current options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures precise circuit operation, deploying two conductive blades per phase and external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Its operation is simplified with an insulated hook stick, and a self-locking mechanism enhances safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Optimal performance is ensured at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed for environments with ambient temperatures ranging from a balmy +40°C to a chilly -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to endure seismic activities up to an intensity of 8 degrees, with an installation site free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of any gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, or dirt that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USAGE PARAMETERS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ADJUSTMENTS WITH OUR COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously clean the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with special attention to identifying cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition to avoid performance issues.
